Established in 2007, ACC Resources Ltd (ACC) is a private exploration company controlled by ACC International Holdings. ACC Group's headquarters are in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, where it has created an exceptional portfolio of exploration properties. ACC Group now owns ten highly prospective concessions in Burkina Faso, totaling 1,328 sq km (328,149 acres). ACC’s mission:

1.      Explore for, discover, and develop essential natural resources in West Africa
2.      Generate wealth for our investors and partners
3.      Add value to the communities in which we work
Burkina Faso is home to a population of over 16 million. The government is stable and friendly to mining - there is a fast growing international mining culture and work force as new gold discoveries are being developed in several regions within the country. With the development of six new gold mines in the last five years, Burkina Faso’s mining infrastructure and service sector are growing quickly. ACC enjoys an excellent relationship with the Minister of Mines, Quarries, and Energy (Ministry), as well as other important government officials. Burkina Faso has a highly prospective geologic setting:
Managed by a team of experienced natural resource professionals, including geologists, geological technicians, mining engineers, and competent administrative staff, ACC is constantly looking to add to and improve its pipeline of exploration properties and aggressively seeks other West African opportunities. The staff is mainly local Burkinabe while the top management are expats based in Ouagadougou. ACC’s Exploration Manager has exceptional knowledge of his country’s geologic potential.

  • Multiple gold anomalies - all near surface
  • Actively exploring seven target zones
  • Multiple orpaillage sites
  • Added adjacent Bansie permit to Zone 1 October 2009

  • NI 43-101 Indicated + Inferred Resource = 16.7 Mt at 1.6 g/t = 848,000 Au oz
  • Approximately half of the existing resource is in oxides

  • Infill RC and core drilling in Zone 1 to upgrade resource classification to “measured and indicated.”
  • Metallurgical testing for heap leach operation in Zone 1 (more than 400,000 oz Au in oxides)
  • Preliminary Economic Assessment of heap leach operation
  • Additional RC drilling in Zones 2 and A1 (Targets 1-6)
  • Auger sampling in unsampled areas along east and west permit zones

  • Adjacent to the northern border of Dossi and contains the northerly extension of Dossi Zone 1 mineralization (included in Dossi NI 43-101 resource estimate)
  • Intensive artisanal mining activity
  • Earn-in agreement with Volta Resources in October 2009 – requirements have been completed for transfer of 100% to ACC, and permit transfer request has been submitted to Mining Ministry
  • Volta Resources drilled a total of 28 RC holes (2,003 meters) in five fences in 2008. ACC drilled an additional 5,000 meters of RC in 2012 to define the northerly extension of Dossi mineralization (still open to the north)

·         Additional RC drilling, both infill in the resource area and to continue defining the mineralization to the north.
·         Metallurgical testing for oxide leach potential.
·         Preliminary economic assessment with Dossi Zone 1 heap leach project.
