ACC was the founder of C&L Natural Resources, an oil exploration company operating at a worldwide level with an emphasis on West Africa; a high potential region still underdeveloped. Through a series of transactions with Rialto Energy (RIA:AU), an Australian public company, Rialto purchased 100% of C&L Natural Resources from ACC and its other shareholders in consideration for cash and shares in Rialto totaling over USD 40 million.
